Shipping and Virtual Downloads
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment if you have purchased a physical product directly from our website and are shipped via Royal Mail with tracking and drop-off without a signature. If you prefer delivery by another carrier with a required signature, an additional cost may be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized, and your items are well-protected.
Your downloadable content
If you have purchased a downloadable virtual product, you will receive an email directly to the email address you have provided containing a link to download your product securely from our server network, There may be a time limit and a maximum number of downloads you can make from this link, so check this while purchasing. In most cases, you will have 1 year from the purchase date and a maximum of 5 downloads per link, but this may vary.
